How expensive are your rates & how do you charge?
Typically you are charged a flat fee per month that is based on square footage and services requested. Each home is different, as well as every owner, and we will accommodate any additional requests.
How many people will have access to my home?
There will only be one person with access to your home, your property manager. Any 3rd party vendor would need to access the property through the property manager.
Who will be there in case of an emergency at my home?
We will! We are on call 24 hours a day. Why worry you with immediate problems? That’s why you hired us!
How can I communicate with my property manager?
Would you prefer to hear from your property manager every time something occurs or would you prefer them to handle situations with your best interests in mind? Every owner is different and we understand that. You can communicate with your property manager how ever is most convenient for you; text, phone call, email or even facetime.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and screen all of our 3rd party vendors so that you can rely on us, without any headaches or worries.
